These Terms of Use govern your use of the NightShift Electrician website and call-out service, operated by Night Tech Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202638854Z), a company registered in Singapore. By contacting us or booking a call-out, you agree to these terms.
NightShift Electrician provides emergency and after-hours electrical call-out services across Singapore, nightly between 6pm and 6am. A call-out is initiated by messaging us on WhatsApp or by phone. Every job is attended by an EMA-licensed Grade 7+ Electrical Worker.
The call-out fee is a flat S$185, covering travel, full diagnosis, and isolation of the fault (Stage 1). This rate applies to every property type. Any work beyond Stage 1 — such as DB board or breaker replacement — is quoted separately before that work begins; nothing beyond the call-out fee proceeds without your agreement. For commercial units, the scope of work is confirmed against our licensing coverage before work starts.
If you cancel before the electrician has been dispatched, you receive a full refund with no questions asked. If you cancel after the electrician is already on the way, S$50 is retained to cover the trip and visit, and the remaining S$135 is refunded.
You agree to provide accurate information about your location and the fault when you contact us, and to provide safe and reasonable access to the property for the electrician to carry out the work.
We take reasonable care in diagnosing and carrying out electrical work. To the extent permitted by Singapore law, Night Tech Pte. Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from a fault that existed before our attendance, or from pre-existing conditions of your electrical installation that were not reasonably identifiable at the time of the visit.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the one that applies at the time of your booking.
