Nightly, 6pm–6am · Island-wide

Power's Out, It's Late, and You Just Want It Fixed.

Message us. That's it. A licensed electrician comes and fixes it.

We accept Bank Transfers

Most electrical problems can wait until morning. The ones that can't — a tripped board that won't reset, sparks, a whole unit dark — shouldn't mean choosing between an unlicensed number off Carousell and just living with it overnight.

Run the 60-Second Power Check

Answer a couple of quick questions and we'll tell you honestly what's going on — including when you don't actually need us.

What S$185 actually gets you

What you're actually paying for

A licensed electrician is hard enough to find. One who's actually available at 1am is harder still — most simply don't run at night. S$185 gets you exactly that: an EMA-licensed electrician, not a handyman, actually working after-hours — full diagnosis, and the isolation or fix itself where it's safe to complete on the spot.

Simple fix? Sorted the same visit.

Every job is handled by an EMA-licensed Grade 7+ Electrical Worker. Ask to see the licence on arrival if you'd like.
What if it's bigger than a quick fix?

Some faults need more than diagnosis and isolation — a full breaker or DB board replacement, for example. If that's the case, you'll get a clear, itemized quote on the spot before any of that work starts. Nothing proceeds without your yes, and there's never a surprise bill waiting for you afterward.

Worth knowing before you message

What counts as an emergency electrical problem?

Anything that's unsafe to leave until morning — a tripped board that won't reset, sparks, a burning smell, or a full loss of power. Not sure? Message us anyway — we'll tell you honestly if it can wait.

Why is S$185 more than the $40–80 call-out fee I've seen advertised elsewhere?

Those daytime rates assume you can wait for a normal appointment. Getting an actual EMA-licensed electrician out at 1am — not a handyman, not someone unlicensed — is close to impossible through most services; they simply don't run at night. S$185 reflects that this is real, licensed, after-hours work, not a daytime job with a surcharge tacked on.

What if it turns out I don't actually need a visit?

We'll say so before dispatching anyone — through the Power Check or over WhatsApp — and point you to what to do instead. You're not charged for a conversation that doesn't need a visit.

What if I need to cancel?

Before the electrician is dispatched — full refund, no questions asked. After he's already on the way, $50 stays with him for the trip and the visit itself; the remaining $135 is refunded.

How long until someone arrives?

Depends on your location and what else is running that night. You'll get a realistic estimate when you message us — not a vague "on our way."

Do you cover all of Singapore?

Yes, island-wide. Travel time varies by area, which factors into the estimate you're given.

What if my whole street or block lost power, not just my unit?

That's usually on SP Group's end, not your home wiring — call their 24-hour hotline at 1800 778 8888 to report it and get updates.
